JOB DETAILS:Human Resource Officer
Salary Scale : U4
Reports to : Principal Human Resource Officer
Qualifications:
• An Honours Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management; or Social Sciences or Art or Commerce or Business Administration with a recognized bias in Human Resource field such as Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management or Organizational Development studies
Experience:
Work experience as a Human Resource Officer/ Manager from a reputable organization will be an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Implement Ministry of Public Service and G2G guidelines/regulations/policies
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment for staff.
• Responsible for staff welfare and implement staff welfare programs.
• Monitor staff performance and compile time sheets.
• Manage staff payroll.
• To implement performance management plans and activities.
• To maintain and update HR management information.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
