JOB DETAILS:
Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) is a Semi-Autonomous government institution responsible for Revenue Administration in Uganda. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements
• An Honour’s Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of a Master’s degree in either; B.Sc. Computer Science, BSc Information Technology and any other related field from recognized academic institution.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Data Analytics systems in a reputable organization.
• An impeccable record of integrity.

Desirable Requirements
• Data warehouse development life cycle certificate
• Certification in Database Administration, ITIL
• Any Data Management Certification

Knowledge
• A good knowledge of Database systems
• A good knowledge of Data ETL designs,
• A good knowledge of Warehouse development life cycle
• A good knowledge of Dimensional modelling.

SPECIFIC SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Ability to perform both Oracle and also operating system performance
• Be able to provide a strategic database direction for the organisation.
• Good skills in all Oracle tools.
• Should have sound communication skills with management,
• Should be flexible when working (availability),
• Should be widely Knowledgeable in various database application fields.
